Nostradamus and 9/11

Warnings Ignored?

   Did Nostradamus warn us about the 9/11/2001 attack? It now appears that he did! In 1981 author Erika Cheetham wrote in her famous Nostradamus book "The Man Who Saw Tomorrow" that Nostradamus quatrain #1-87 was warning of an "Attack on New York" involving its "towers or skyscrapers." No one reacted to the warning because Nostradamus had been discredited by numerous false quatrains created by liberal academics anxious to profit from their bogus books and videos. Nostradamus however was not the only person to warn us about the 9/11 attack before it happened.

   On July 10th, 2001 CIA Director George Tenet learned from his foreign agents that Osama bin Laden of al Qaeda had just given the go ahead for the 9/11 attack on America. The Director and his staff rushed over to the White House for an emergency meeting to inform the U.S. National Security Advisor that al Qaeda agents were going to hijack commercial jets and crash them into high profile targets in U.S. cities. The CIA Director and his staff also requested that the U.S. move to a "war footing" to counter this attack expected to happen in a matter of weeks. It was a great disappointment when the U.S. National Security Advisor did not cooperate with this CIA request.

   With the quatrain below, Nostradamus was the first to warn us about the 9/11 terrorist attack on New York City. A link to an Old French dictionary has also been included for anyone wanting to check out the original Old French word meanings.

Enormous-promontories on fire in the center of the mainland,

Enno-sigee feu du centre de terre,

Will cause trembling in the towers of the City of New York;

Fera trembler au tour de Cite Neufve;

Two great rock-monoliths continuously will be attacked,

Deux grands rochiers longtemps feront la guerre,

This is when air-vessels will turn-round to a new course.

Puis arethuse rougira nouveau fleuve.

   Quatrain #1-87: In 1981 Nostradamus author Erika Cheetham stated in her now famous book, The Man Who Saw Tomorrow, that Quatrain #1-87 described an "Attack on New York" involving its "towers or skyscrapers," but no one listened to the warning because Nostradamus had been so discredited over the years by hundreds of fake quatrains published by liberal academics anxious to sell their books and videos. Their irresponsible actions resulted in Nostradamus' warnings being labelled as fantasy. But the reality is that on 9/11/2001 two hijacked "air-vessels" did in fact "turn-round to a new course" and crash into "two great rock-monoliths" in the "City of New York" just as described by the prophet Nostradamus in this now famous quatrain.

   Did we ignore this Nostradamus warning about the 9/11 terrorist attack upon New York? Immediately after the 9/11 attack, another false quatrain was posted to the Internet by a liberal academic source from Canada, in another attempt to discredit the prophet Nostradamus. After this false quatrain was quickly discredited, no one was willing to read the quatrain that really did predict the 9/11/2001 attack.

   Were these warnings about attacks on New York City ignored? The first warning about the 9/11/2001 attack came from Michel de Nostradamus in 1555, and a second warning came from Erika Cheetham's first book published in 1965. A third warning came from Erika Cheeham's next book in 1973, and a fourth warning came in a Nostradamus video hosted by Orson Welles in 1981. A fifth warning came through a nationally televised Nostradamus video in 1991 hosted by Charlton Heston, and the sixth and final warning was delivered to the White House on July 10, 2001 by CIA Director George Tenet and his staff, who delivered a warning to the U.S. National Security Advisor eight weeks before the attack occurred.
